A vibrating feeder is a vibrating type feeder that feeds a fixed amount of large-diameter rocks and ores while roughly sorting out small and medium-sized lumps with a slot lip deck.
Features
■Capable of supplying large-sized rocks and ores in a fixed quantity
Stable and continuous supply is possible with the sending action of a powerful motor or transmitter. The supply amount can also be adjusted by operating the vibration motor and variable speed motor.
■Can be roughly sorted to the desired particle size without clogging
For coarse sorting, there is no clogging as a slot lip deck is used, and coarse sorting can be performed with the desired particle size by changing the opening.
■Impurities can be removed
The slot lip deck also removes residual soil that can significantly degrade plant functionality, ensuring maximum operation of crushers and other equipment.
■Liner replacement is easy
The inner liner, slot lip deck, etc. can be easily removed and replaced, increasing durability.
