・Machine compatible with press-fit pin insertion into automotive boards, where solderless technology is becoming increasingly popular ・Custom support for various terminals (hoop, bulk, reel), various irregularly shaped parts, etc. ・Combined insertion machine with series delivery record of 1700 units

■Compatible with the latest press-fit pins and various terminals

・The press-fit pin insertion unit is equipped with an insertion pressure monitoring function and can support traceability. ・We can handle insert parts that are not made into chips, such as bulk irregularly shaped terminals, eyelet hoop-shaped tab terminals, and reel-shaped square pins.

■Suitable for odd-shaped parts Customization experience for 3,700 types

・Excellent ability to handle irregularly shaped parts (packing style: stick/bulk) such as connectors. ・The clinch mechanism and detection improve insertion quality, eliminating floating and falling after inserting parts.

■Low-risk investment by adding or modifying the insertion unit

Insertion units can be added even after the machine is installed, allowing for gradual investment. We can also flexibly accommodate new insertion parts.
