About This Product

■For large-scale heat treatment processes such as drying, baking, and annealing.A large dryer that is useful for constant temperature processing performed on production lines and quality control processes. It has a maximum temperature of +200℃ and +300℃, and can be widely used for production and environmental testing. In addition, it can be used for both forced hot air circulation and ventilation operation.

■Large dryer ideal for mass heat treatmentThe large dryer for mass heat treatment can secure a large space (Type 3: W1.5m x H1.5m, Type 4: W1.8m x H1.5m) when both doors are open. Heavy items and large samples can be smoothly loaded and unloaded using a large trolley or loading ramp (optional).

■Equipped with a damper that allows circulation and ventilation operationDepending on the heat treatment application, two types of operation, forced circulation and forced ventilation, can be performed by switching the damper. In addition, an automatic damper (optional) can be used when the set temperature is reached or at any time.
Circulation/ventilation can be switched automatically at the specified time.

■Adopts a stirring method that improves temperature distribution performanceThe air blowing system is equipped with two propeller fans, upper and lower, on the inside of the chamber, which circulates hot air evenly within the chamber, further improving temperature distribution performance.

■Variable air speed function available to suit the heat treatment environment of the sample (optional)A variable air speed function is available, which is essential for sample heat treatment that requires low air speed and prevention of sample scattering.

■Complete safety measuresIt is equipped with a number of safety features, including a triple temperature overheat prevention function, door switch, sample power supply control terminal, and earth leakage circuit breaker.

■Easy-to-operate instrumentationWe offer instrumentation that allows you to perform programmed operation that allows you to set operations such as constant value operation mode and automatic start/stop. It can be used for applications such as heat treatment and drying on production lines.

■Easy to set screen displayAdopts an interactive setting method that makes settings easy. Display and setting input also use kana and alphanumeric characters. In addition, you can easily set the processing temperature, processing time, and prevention of overheating in case of an emergency by following the on-screen instructions.

■Network support (optional)Three types of interfaces are available for communication functions: RS-485, GPIB, and RS-232C.
