About This Product

■Class 5 high cleanliness

In addition to the class 5 cleanliness created by the front air outlet and HEPA filter, the vertical slim design saves space and provides enhanced safety measures. It is useful for baking, heat treatment, and drying of parts and equipment that require clean air conditions. In addition, two types of program instrumentation are available to suit different applications, using an interactive setting method. We also offer a high-performance type that is equipped with a newly developed high-temperature HEPA filter and exhibits stable filter performance even when the temperature rises or falls in the high temperature range of +150℃ or higher.

■Contamination-free airtight structure

The welded airtight structure prevents leakage of insulation material from sheet metal joints, preventing contamination of samples. In addition, internal vibration is suppressed to reduce the impact on the sample.

■Realizes highly accurate non-oxidizing atmosphere heat treatment

Heat treatment and temperature characteristic tests can be performed in any non-oxidizing atmosphere by using a N2 gas introduction device (optional) and an O2 concentration indicating and adjusting device equipped with an oxygen sensor (optional).

■High-performance type that can operate automatically throughout the entire heat treatment process

An automatic damper is equipped as standard to enable automatic operation throughout the entire process of temperature rise → processing → temperature drop.

■High performance type that achieves high cleanliness even when temperature rises or falls.

The high-performance clean oven uses a high-temperature HEPA filter that exhibits stable filter performance even when the temperature rises or falls at temperatures above +150℃, achieving a high degree of cleanliness throughout the entire temperature range. It is useful for heat treatment during liquid crystal production, such as drying alignment films and photoresists.

■Detailed safety measures

The temperature controller is equipped with an automatic overheat prevention function of the set temperature + 10℃ and an optionally set upper/lower limit temperature alarm function, as well as an independent overheat prevention device on the chamber side as standard. When an abnormality occurs, the alarm number will be displayed on the instrumentation screen and a warning buzzer will sound.

■Easy-to-operate standard instrumentation

Standard instrumentation is available that allows for program operation that allows operation settings such as constant value operation mode and automatic start/stop. It can be used for applications such as heat treatment and drying on production lines.
