About This Product

■For a wide range of fields

The Perfect Oven is a world-class thermostat that is used in a wide range of fields, including high-temperature testing and heat treatment and drying on production lines. Lineup includes vertical PV (H) type and horizontal PH (H) type. For instrumentation, you can choose between standard instrumentation with a 2-step program and M instrumentation, which allows you to register up to 10 patterns of program operation with 20 steps per pattern. We have a wide variety of containers available in various capacities and temperature ranges.

■Selection of optimal equipment type

A total of 16 types are available in terms of temperature range, content capacity, and instrumentation. You can choose according to your purpose of use.

■Complete safety measures

As this is a high temperature tester, it is equipped with a triple safety device to prevent excessive temperature rises.

■Network support

Three types of interfaces are available for communication functions: RS-485, GPIB, and RS-232C. (Optional)

■Easy-to-operate standard instrumentation

Standard instrumentation is available that allows for program operation that allows operation settings such as constant value operation mode and automatic start/stop. It can be used for applications such as heat treatment and drying on production lines.

■M instrumentation with maximum 20 step programs

In response to applications ranging from temperature characteristic tests to heat treatment and drying, it is now possible to register up to 10 patterns of program operation with 20 steps per pattern. It also has a variety of functions such as temperature rise/fall gradient settings and repeats up to 999 times.

■Easy to set screen display

Adopts an interactive setting method that makes settings easy. Display and setting input also use kana and alphanumeric characters.

■Four options integrated into instrumentation

Four optional functions, variable wind speed, automatic damper, integrated hour meter, and calendar timer, are integrated into the instrumentation section, and settings can be made by key operation on the instrumentation section.

■Full exhaust oven

Some synthetic resins and paints contain volatile solvents. There was a risk of ignition when such materials were subjected to heat treatment, drying, and temperature characteristic tests. A major cause of this is that conventional ovens use a circulation system, and the concentration of flammable gas increases each time it is circulated. A full exhaust oven suppresses the rise in gas concentration by completely exhausting the air inside the tank, thereby preventing the occurrence of ignition.

■Adopts a highly safe fully exhaust system

The air inside the tank is not circulated and is all exhausted outside, preventing a rise in gas concentration.
