About This Product

■Equipment overview

・Rapid temperature change chamber perfectly suited to handle rapid temperature changes to samples, from JEDEC standards to screening. ・Built-in web application that allows you to operate the tester from a computer or tablet device ・You can check the status of the tester on the web browser screen. ・Sample temperature load is uniform and temperature change rate with excellent reproducibility ・Sample temperature ramp control ・Compatible with JEDEC standard (JESD22-A104F) standard testing ・Supports sample temperature control and air temperature control

■Highly reproducible lamp control

TCC's sample temperature ramp operation allows you to control the ramp rate when the temperature rises and falls, making the strain waveform symmetrical. Additionally, even if the amount of sample changes, the test can be performed at the same ramp rate each time, keeping the strain rate constant. Tests can be performed with extremely high reproducibility.

■Compatible with JESD22-A104F standard test

Standard tests with a sample temperature ramp rate of 15°C/min or less (−40 to +125°C) can be performed easily and accurately. Ideal for automotive testing standards, life evaluation of solder joints, and reliability evaluation of semiconductor devices and semiconductor packages. Typical test standards: IEC60749-25, JESD22-A104F Minimizes the temperature difference within the chamber and applies a uniform temperature load to the sample.

■3 types of driving modes

Program operation that sets the temperature and time for each step, cycle operation that cycles between high and low temperatures, and constant temperature operation are possible.

■Improve workability with wiring on both sides

・Equipped with long cable holes (φ 25 x 100 mm) on the left and right sides for easy wiring of flat cables. ・You can access the inside of the tank from both sides. ・The inside of the tank measures W800 x H500 x D400mm, and has a large capacity of 160L. *If you place a B5 size board upright, you can insert approximately 60 boards. The door with integrated instrumentation allows the inner tank to be used as effectively as possible.

■Samples can be taken in and out during the test.

You can pause the cycle after completing any cycle. Samples can be taken in and out during the test, which saves time due to ai-nori tests. The temperature inside the tank during a temporary stop can be set in advance to either maintain the cycle operation set temperature or return to room temperature using the controller.
