About This Product
Isocyanate group-terminated prepolymers are polymers obtained by reacting polyols with excess polyisocyanate. By changing the type and molecular weight of polyols and isocyanates, you can change the color tone, reactivity, and hardness by changing the type and molecular weight of polyols and isocyanates. Characteristics such as strength, chemical resistance, and hydrophilicity can be changed.
It can be used as a curing agent for two-component polyurethane resins (adhesives, elastomers, foams, paints, potting agents, etc.) that react with polyols, and as a curing agent for two-component polyurea resins that react with polyamines. In addition, it can be used as a binder for adhesives, primers, rubber chips, etc. by taking advantage of its moisture-curing properties.
