About This Product

TAICROS® is a trifunctional monomer that can be polymerized especially in the presence of peroxide catalysts. It has excellent thermal stability and does not hydrolyze in the presence of water, components with large surface areas, or catalytically active groups.

■Main uses

TAICROS® is stabilized with hydroquinone derivatives. Higher stabilizer contents are recommended for crosslinking high melting point polymers. Used as an aid in peroxide crosslinking of elastomers such as HNBR, EPM, EPDM, EVA, CR, TPE, and thermoplastic materials such as PE and FKM. It can also be used as an auxiliary agent for electron beam crosslinking of PA 6, PA 12, and PBT. TAICROS® reduces cure time, increases crosslink density, lowers compression set and improves aging properties. Typical products include pipes and hoses, gaskets and sealings, damping materials, cable coatings, electronic components, foams and soles, and EVA encapsulation for solar panels. TAICROS ® is of high-end quality, specially designed for demanding users.
