About This Product

■Summary

・Head height is the thinnest in the industry ・Space-saving, lightweight, and compact ・For fastening thin plates that cannot be counterbored. ・6-lob and cross 2 types of recess

■Features

- Extremely thin: The smallest head height is only 0.5mm. Thinner than a 1 yen coin (approx. 1.5mm) - Lightweight: Lighter than socket caps and pan head machine screws, can be replaced. Ideal for products that need to be as light as 1g, such as drones - Ideal for fastening thin plates: Can eliminate protrusions even on thin plates that cannot be countersunk. ・Uses two types of recess (tool hole) shapes that are difficult to come out: 6-lob (star-shaped), Kuo (cross-recessed type) ・Guaranteed head strength: Even when tightened with the same torque as a small screw, the head will not pop off. Please use it to replace machine screws with confidence. ・Plating guarantee: Trivalent chromate is guaranteed to have a film thickness of 5 μm or more, nickel is guaranteed to be under copper ・All RoHS Directive compliant products
