In addition to actual pressure and caulking work, it can be easily used for testing pressure and breakage at the prototype stage. The CM, which has been honed at the manufacturing site, has undergone a long-awaited full model change.
■Features
・The judgment mechanism and NG buzzer are already wired and can be used immediately.
- Can be easily used for press-fitting, caulking, destruction, etc. in mass production and trial production.
・D/A output board is standard equipment Various optional interfaces (RS-232C/RS-485/BCD output)
・The output to reach the set load can be set.
・Eight patterns can be set for each upper and lower limit comparison value.
・If the displayed value exceeds the upper and lower limit value range, HI will be output, if it is within the range, GO will be output, and if it is below the range, LO will be output for comparison. Also, if the set load reaching output judgment value is exceeded, it will be output when the set load value is reached. There are four comparison output functions: HI/GO/LO/set load attainment output.
・The set load attainment output is not displayed on the screen.
・Input/output logic can be changed
