This is a high-precision, high-performance press machine suitable for prototyping, experimentation, and inspection work. Specialized in small-lot and high-mix work, it allows installation and setup changes without taking up space.

・Due to high straightness accuracy, mold matching is easy when replacing jigs.
・The handle installation angle can be adjusted freely according to the work content and the physique of the worker (the angle cannot be changed for FCH-12KN)
・Simple structure requires no maintenance
・Realizes amazingly high accuracy of spindle linear movement of ±0.02. Additionally, the spindle has a detent mechanism, making it ideal for work that requires precision.
・It is easy to replace tools and adjust the stroke and open height, and the center of the jig does not change when changing the open height, making mold matching easy.
・Oil-free metal is used for the spindle. The accuracy remains constant and the movement is smooth. The structure is simple and requires no troublesome maintenance.

・Ratchet mechanism (return lock) (for FCH-200) *OP This is a function that prevents the handle lever from returning to the top unless it reaches bottom dead center. This can prevent insufficient caulking of the workpiece, insufficient push-cut dimensions, etc.
