・The business operator who uses this press has the following obligations.
■Safety and Health Construction Ordinance Article 6, Paragraph 7
If press work is to be carried out in a workplace with five or more presses, an "operation supervisor" (person who has completed the press machine operation supervisor skill training) must be appointed.
■Safety and Health Regulations Article 134 3
Regular self-inspections must be conducted by qualified personnel at least once a year.
Even if an air press does not meet the structural standards, if it is used for purposes such as bending, punching, and caulking, it is considered to be a power press. Since there are no inspection guidelines, please conduct a self-inspection of the applicable items in Article 134, Paragraph 3, 1 to 9 of the Industrial Safety Regulations.
This machine does not include the safety devices attached to the power press machine structural standards, so please be sure to give sufficient consideration to ensuring safety and safety devices before using this machine.
