About This Product

This is a tube pump type dispenser that uses PTFE tube or rubber tube. Since it is self-priming and the liquid only flows inside the tube, cleaning and tube replacement are easy. The patented high-precision rotor design allows for long-term use of highly chemical-resistant PTFE tubes, with a guaranteed continuous durability of 2,000 hours. The timer can be set to switch between seconds/minutes/hours from low speed rotation to high speed rotation of about 600 rpm, and the operating environment such as counter specifications can be set by numerical input. Compatible with PC communication. This machine is an MCRP series roller tube pump with digital specifications and communication support. Our unique (patented) rotor mechanism is resistant to deformation due to wear and heat, and the rotating roller track always maintains high precision, reducing the burden on the tube. For this reason, the tube life is dramatically extended and stable flow rate is achieved over a long period of time. In addition to elastic tubes, hard Teflon® tubes with excellent chemical resistance can also be used.
