About This Product

The ECAD series is a 2D CAD system equipped with functions for control design and power distribution board design. We have been developing this product for domestic electrical designers for about 40 years. Equipped with a wealth of specialized electrical design functions, changes are automatically reflected in other drawings in real time. Prevents omissions in entries and corrections. In addition, design information is linked with procurement and manufacturing to achieve labor savings.

■Features of ECAD DCX

ECAD DCX centrally manages information in drawings created during the electrical design process. It is equipped with a mechanism that allows corrections and changes to drawings to be reflected in related information, and also to detect inconsistencies due to omissions in corrections and drawing errors.

■ Effects of implementing ECAD DCX

・A wealth of specialized electrical design functions improve drawing quality and shorten the delivery time for drawing creation. - Checks for inconsistencies in drawings in real time and notifies the designer. When picking up parts, both form creation and data output are automatically created as specified.

■An example of a dedicated function that shortens work time

・Diagram symbols: A wide variety of circuit symbols are available, automatic vertical/horizontal determination when inputting symbols, checking for missing equipment numbers, checking coil/contact addresses, automatic transcription of references. ・Wiring: Automatic trim when inserting/deleting graphic symbols, automatic connection point generation, multi-phase connection input such as three-phase connection ・Wire number: Automatic wire number input, three-phase wire number input, check for missing/duplicate wire numbers, input/address check for crossover wire numbers ・Circuit: Registration and use of pattern circuits, transcription/output of I/O comments, assignment of component information ・Outline drawing: Provides outline symbols from ECAD Library, text and figure alignment function, various dimension line functions, multi-scale management, hole machining drawing creation, DXF/DWG file insertion, image pasting ・Forms: Create table of contents, create parts list, create wiring list, create terminal block list

■Smooth handling of large drawings

The tree display related to drawing display has been improved to improve performance. It is effective when performing the following tasks on drawings with a large number of parts. ・Open/close drawings ・Scrolling in each tree ・Switching between multiple drawings This time, more 64-bit applications have been added. This allows you to handle large amounts of drawings smoothly. Additionally, processing time for PDF output is reduced.
