About This Product

The CM series condition monitor is a product that constantly monitors the operating status of rotating machinery to detect signs of abnormality early and minimize damage when an abnormality occurs. It is widely used for monitoring abnormalities in rotating machinery, detecting broken tools in machine tools, and diagnosing equipment for pumps and motors. CM-3001 is IoT compatible and can be controlled remotely from the control room. CM-3001 Features

■6ch switching monitoring

Monitor by sequentially switching up to 6 channels of sensors. The switching timing can be set arbitrarily.

■A wealth of monitoring items

・Overall vibration monitoring ・Frequency band monitoring (optional) ・Unbalance vibration monitoring (optional)

■Up to 6 threshold monitoring

Up to 6 thresholds can be set regardless of the number of channels

■Threshold automatic setting

Automatically set the average value/maximum value within the set time as the threshold value

■Remote control

Equipped with a LAN port and supports online monitoring using a PC

■Data log

Automatically save measurement data to microSD card

■Balancing function (optional)

If you have an influence coefficient, you can immediately display the balance calculation results from the unbalanced vibration monitoring measurement values. If no influence coefficient is available, the unbalanced vibration monitoring measurement value is used as the initial measurement value for balance calculation. Efficient balancing is possible.
