About This Product
The SB-8806RB series is a battery-powered field balancer. Convenient to carry around on business trips or within the factory.
■Applications
・All rotating machinery such as NC lathes, high-speed mold processing machines, high-speed slicers, dicing saws, internal grinders, woodworking machines, crushers, blowers, pumps, and compressors.
- Grinding machines (surface grinding machine, forming grinding machine, centerless grinding machine, cylindrical grinding machine) can also be modified with options.

Main features
■Small and lightweight, convenient to carry on business trips and within the factory
Can be operated continuously for 3 hours with battery power (when using sleep mode)
■ Speedy and highly accurate balancing of 1 to 2 surfaces
・Type that balances at any constant rotation speed
・Measurement speed is approximately 4 times faster (compared to our company's comparison) due to simultaneous measurement and display on two sides
・Highly accurate balancing with a resolution of 0.001μm up to 400,000min–1
■Reduces the troublesome adjustment of correction weights
Outputs the optimal component force correction result by using up to 8 types of pre-registered correction weights. Balancing work becomes more efficient.
■JIS B 0905 pass/fail judgment function
Compares the measured value and tolerance value and displays pass/fail judgment.
■CCLD type/charge type sensor can be selected
In addition to conventional charge output type sensors, CCLD output type sensors are also available. The CCLD type, which has less cable noise, is effective in environments where the cable is long and tends to sway.
■Ease of use + high accuracy
・Improved operability and vibration detection accuracy (5 times compared to our company)
・Save the screen as image data to microSD
・Can be equipped with an overall vibration meter or FFT analyzer (optional)
■Supports balance correction method based on opening angle calculation
In addition to correcting the balance of grinding wheels, by installing a balance piece mechanism in general rotating machinery, it is possible to correct the balance without having to make correction weights on site. (Supports correction of G:1 side / GW:2 side) *This is an optional feature.
