About This Product

Suction strainers are ideal products for purifying and removing dust from hydraulic drive oil. Sougyo's suction strainers can also be used for special products of various shapes. We will provide a quote based on your needs, such as for industrial machinery, construction machinery, machine tools, etc.

■Advantages

・Joined by press and curling machine ・Ensure sufficient strength with press ribs ・Mechanical joining without fear of corrosion

■Features

・Since they are joined by a press and curling machine, we can manufacture them in a short period of time according to your request, as long as they are within standard dimensions. ・Even though the main body of the standard product is made of galvanized iron plate, it maintains sufficient strength due to the press ribs. - All joints are mechanically connected, so there is no need to worry about corrosion due to adhesives or other substances. ・We also handle all stainless steel and special products for washing machines.

■About the strainer

・The suction resistance of the strainer is 50mmHg or less at the maximum flow rate and hydraulic oil viscosity of 150SSU. ・Please install so that the total suction resistance including the strainer does not exceed 125mmHg. - If suction resistance increases due to clogging, remove the strainer, shake it in light oil, and then blow clean compressed air from inside to completely restore it and reuse it. - Standard wire mesh is 100 mesh or 150 mesh. We can produce as many meshes as you wish. The wire mesh can be made from either brass or stainless steel.
