About This Product

This is a test chart where the brightness changes in a fixed direction depending on the sine side. This chart consists of black lines on a white background, and the intensity distribution that intersects the lines is a sine wave. It is widely used for determining Moiré contour lines and improving the MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) of lenses, cameras, electro-optical systems, etc., and is important as an evaluation system chart for optical systems. The spatial frequency chart is a sine wave chart at the top, the same density chart is placed at the bottom (within 0.02 density difference), and the test chart is a modulation (contrast ) The high-frequency aberration is within 3% for three values: 35%, 60%, and 80%.

■M-5 test chart

It can record spatial frequencies of more than 100 cycles/mm on high-resolution film, and a density chart is recorded at the bottom. Includes scan measurement data for each pattern using a microdensitometer.
