■Large acrylic concave mirror (back mirror)
Our original optical product is a high performance large concave mirror made of optical acrylic material.
Conventionally, it was difficult to manufacture optical glass because it was expensive and heavy, but our concave mirror with optical specifications uses a special forming method using optical acrylic material, making it possible to manufacture a large optical concave mirror with a single focus. Now, thanks to our special manufacturing method, we are now able to provide products that meet the needs of our customers.
Acrylic is approximately 30 times stronger than glass material, and its aluminum-deposited mirror surface is also excellent, making it useful for a variety of purposes, including as a reflector for parallel light devices, light collection, solar thermal experiments, and three-dimensional image formation. It's a product. It has already been used for demonstrations such as torch concentrating ceremonies at athletics competitions, and 3D demonstrations at science museums.
Rear mirror: A product in which the mirror coating is applied to the outer surface of the transparent acrylic material instead of the inner surface.Since the coated surface is protected by the transparent acrylic material, it has the advantage of being easy to handle while maintaining its optical performance.
Select desired specifications
■Selection of hemispherical type or non-hemispherical type
The focal length is 1/2 of the radius of curvature R for each size. (Example) If the diameter is 200mm and the radius of curvature is 100mm, the focal length will be 25mm. With the hemispherical type, the reflected image is closer to the center of the mirror. *For a more realistic 3D look, the hemisphere type is more realistic.
・Flange F not only functions as a frame for fixing, but also has the effect of increasing the overall strength.
・Plate thickness t is basically one size.
・The back coat for protecting the mirror surface is a matte moss green paint.
