About This Product

■IR sensor cardWhen it receives infrared rays (IR) from a laser or LED, it emits visible light according to the wavelength band, shows the shape and type of infrared rays that are invisible to the naked eye, and can detect the position of infrared rays. It is a perfect item for pattern identification etc.

■A fine powder of Rlectolon Trpping agent is applied to the sensor part on the surface, making it sensitive to infrared light. When this agent receives light, it instantly emits visible light according to the detectable wavelength, making it effective for detecting beam position, shape, and infrared size.
Basically, it emits light of different colors depending on the product in the range of 700 to 1,600 nm, but it shows the shape of the infrared rays and the strength and weakness of the incident light, which is normally invisible to the naked eye, so the position of the infrared rays emitted from lasers and LEDs. It is extremely effective for detection and pattern identification. A laminated sensor card has a phosphor layer laminated between two transparent polyester plates.

■This card is available in reflective and transmissive types, but the transmissive type is convenient if you need to observe the radiation pattern from the back of the card. The reflective type has a reflective effect on the back, so you can get a brighter shine. In addition, there is a W type coated with twice the amount of phosphor than the standard type, which emits even brighter light, making it suitable for detecting weak infrared rays.

■Characteristics of infrared position detection card*Products with the suffix APT/APR, CCT/CCR are printed with crosshairs (AP-) and concentric circles (CC-) for positioning.

This product has phosphor coated on a 3mm thick hard substrate and can be clamped, drilled, and bolted. Each has a printed scale at 2mm intervals and can be used for visual recognition of infrared rays, measurement of beam diameter, positioning, position detection, etc.

*The reflective type (R) uses an opaque white acrylic board, and the transmissive type (T) uses an opaque polycarbonate board.
