About This Product

Excellent transparency. Light guiding property. Bendable. Non-yellowing.

■Features

・Two-component mixed type (liquid resin and liquid curing agent) polyurethane resin product. ・Mixing ratio 100:100 ・Colorless transparent urethane resin ・Excellent weather resistance ・Excellent weather resistance, can be cured at room temperature ・Because it is an elastomer, it has excellent stress relaxation properties. ・Excellent heat resistance compared to MU-636

・Resin for shield doming ・LED encapsulant

■How to use

・Urethane resin foams due to moisture. Be careful of moisture while working. ・Ingredients may separate or the filler may settle. Stir well before use. ・Calculate the required A and B agents from the compounding ratio listed in the product information. ・Measure part A and part B into a polycup, etc. Do not use paper cups as they contain water. ・Mix Part A and Part B well. Please use a stirrer or spatula for stirring. ・When stirring, make sure to thoroughly stir all the way to the corners and bottom of the cup. - Immediately defoam the mixture after stirring. Insufficient defoaming may cause foaming. ・Pouring or applying the mixed solution. Heat the base material and case and dry them thoroughly. This may cause foaming. ・Cure under the specified curing conditions.
