About This Product

A 5-inch touchscreen allows you to create standard gases from concentrated gases and diluted solutions. By controlling two mass flow controllers using a sequence program, these mixtures and diluted solutions can be used for a wide variety of purposes such as calibration of analytical instruments, atmospheric control in glove boxes, dilution of sample streams or addition of internal standards. It can be used for any purpose.

■GasMix software

The dedicated software ZeSoft is fully automated and allows for single injections or pre-programmed sequence runs. Calculate the uncertainty of the final gas concentration by considering the flow rate and concentration uncertainty of the base gas. This software can communicate with any analyzer linked to the Zephyr via contact signals. For example: 10 different sequences can be saved and recalled at any time, such as controlling an external injection valve/external start.

■ISO 6145 compliance

GasMix™ is based on the international standard method ISO 6145 (Gas Volumetric Preparation).
