About This Product

■Product overview

The contact type is used for alarms with buzzers or bells, flashing pilot lights, or control via relays. It allows rational operation management for safety monitoring in pressure work, and is widely used in various fields. The contact mechanism has a movable contact on the surface of the pressure gauge, and closes the circuit when the pressure gauge pointer comes into contact with the movable contact set at a certain pressure scale. Contact pressure can be set at any point from the external surface. However, please arrange the bell wiring device at each place of use.

■Contact mechanism

The contact mechanism has a movable contact and a fixed contact on the surface of the pressure gauge, and the circuit is normally closed when the movable contact contacts the fixed contact as the pressure fluctuates. Therefore, highly accurate pressure setting is possible, but the electrical contact capacity is 50 VA for AC, which is smaller than the micro contact method, and a relay is required when used directly with a drive device.

■Features

- Since the contact is made by contact between the indicator needle and setting needle, it has the same contact accuracy as a normal pressure gauge. ・The contact pressure can be easily set to any desired pressure using the surface knob adjustment method. ・The contact capacity is 100V AC, 0.5A or less, and the contact material is platinum. ・The maximum continuous current is 3A, the break current is 0.5A, and it can be operated 100,000 times. ・The withstand voltage test is AC1,500V for 30 seconds.
