DUNGS – The interface between gas and safety. We utilize all technologies related to the control, measurement, and regulation of combustion gases and combustion air. We offer complete hardware, from individual valves to products associated with complete gas systems, and safety technology, from automatic combustion devices to burner management systems. DUNGS HeatEngine ® provides the perfect air and gas mix for your process. We have worldwide approval capabilities and offer a wide range of design options to precisely match the system to your process.

■DUNGS plug-and-play adjustable premix combustion system

・Ultra low emissions ・Point and line style burners ・Uniform heat distribution ・Turndown ratio maximum 1:10 ・Plug and play 1 system - 7 modules

■M1 gas connection

Ball valve, flexible hose (0.5m or 1.0m), customer-specific piping

■M2 gas train

Left to right or right to left, according to EN 746-2, other standards on request, with pressure gauge

■M3 blower & mixing unit

230 VAC or 110 VAC version, maximum capacity 25kW, 65kW or 140kW

■Migration of M4 burner

Straight (100 mm) or 90° bent, pressure switch included

■M5 burner head

Point or line style, active burner length line style: 200 mm, 450 mm, or 900 mm, active burner diameter point style: 40 mm, 70 mm, or 130 mm

■M6 burner management

230 VAC or 110 VAC version, metal or plastic housing

■M7 electrical wiring and installation

Connects to pre-wired loose parts or gas trains
