About This Product

■Continuity test

This test doubles as a step check to check for the presence of connector pins and differences in pin depth, as well as a probe connection check before the withstand voltage test.

■Withstand voltage test

We perform voltage resistance tests between pins and rows of connectors, between metal shells and pins, etc. With the SCAN function, it is equipped with an automatic generation inspection of application patterns between all pins and a search function for defective parts, and can be used to inspect round and irregularly arranged connectors as well as other types of connectors as a multi-voltage scanner.

■Sequence control

Up to 32 types of control programs for operation control, continuity, and withstand voltage testing of inspection jigs with air cylinders, and 3 types of output: DC24V/AC100V/contact.

■PC software

This is management software that creates continuity test data, withstand voltage test conditions/application patterns, creates sequence programs, and exchanges data with test equipment.
