About This Product

In the sake brewing process, ``1. Koji, 2. Moto (shubo), and 3. Moromi'' are the major factors that influence sake brewing. In particular, the first step, ``making koji,'' is the most demanding work, and changes in the environment, such as temperature and humidity, have a big impact on koji making. ``If I could know the temperature at hand, it would be easier to deal with an emergency.'' This is what I heard from people at the sake brewing site.

In addition, we would like to improve quality and provide stable supply. I want to standardize judgment criteria. We want to share sake brewing know-how and train young people. We want to improve work efficiency and reduce the burden on brewers. You had such issues. ■FeaturesThe wireless temperature monitoring system "Tensens" uses a PC or smartphone to wirelessly import temperature data measured by a sensor unit (child unit) into a master box (base unit), and stores the data on a web server on the Internet. You can understand the situation at any time and from anywhere.

This is a remote monitoring system that allows you to take immediate action by sending an alarm to your smartphone if the temperature deviates from the target temperature. By making it wireless, it becomes easier to secure the measurement position and work efficiency improves at once.

■Alarm notificationSome sake breweries have introduced dedicated hardware or remote monitoring systems to manage their koji rooms, but many of them also use email to notify them of abnormalities. With email notifications, there is a risk of not noticing the email and missing it. “Can we really manage the risks of making koji using this method?” Simpresto wondered.

Therefore, TenSense has adopted an alarm notification using a smartphone app as a measure to prevent people from forgetting to send emails. We provide a system that enables thorough risk and quality control by reliably notifying abnormalities.
