About This Product

■What is bead conditioner?

This is a device that allows you to view the state of the inner bead during welding numerically or graphically on a monitor. We have achieved results in all aspects of pipe manufacturing, including quality, efficiency, and yield. The numerical distribution of cutting load is displayed on the monitor in real time. By adjusting welding (current and squeeze) to reduce this numerical distribution, efficient and optimal pipe production can be achieved.

■Cutting overload detection

You can check the current cutting overload in numbers and graphs.

■ Cutting defect detection

The sensor detects when the cutting amount of the cutting tool is too small or too large during pipe making and alerts the monitor.

■Mill automatic stop

The mill will automatically stop if the set value is exceeded or if the load is not sensed to prevent damage to cutting equipment and material loss. (You can also prevent it from stopping by changing the setting value.)

■IBC damage prevention

This can prevent the cutting device itself from being torn off due to clogging of chips caused by chipping or damage to the cutting tool.

■ Uniform weld bead Improvement of welding quality

Record the best condition (value) in advance and adjust the voltage or roll adjustment to get close to that value.

■Improved material yield

Since the cutting status can be checked on the monitor, the pipe defect rate can be significantly reduced.

■Prediction of tool wear and chipping

Are you manufacturing pipes without noticing that the tool bits are worn or chipping, producing large quantities of NG pipes or producing pipes of poor quality? This bead conditioner acts as an eye inside the pipe and can prevent this from happening.
