■What is weld bead cutting equipment?This is a device that cuts and removes weld beads inside pipes.

We use our in-house developed bead cutting equipment to cut the weld beads on the inner surface that are created during pipe manufacturing. We will consult with you and proceed with everything from design to manufacturing and handling according to your needs.

Of course, we faithfully maintain strict confidentiality regarding our pipe making know-how. Hydraulic, mechanical, and solid types of equipment are available depending on the size and purpose of the pipe. Please consult with us and we will select the most suitable one.
Trimmer with chopper effectively removes residual beads

■Chopping of inner beadWe propose a new bead treatment method that reduces damage to chopping blades and cut-to-size blades, and reduces the frequency of pipe production line stops.

■Purpose of bead chopping・Removal of beads remaining inside the pipe (blow with air or water)
・Separation of the fixed length cut tube from the line (separation is not possible if the bead is endless)

hydraulic
■Suitable for manufacturers who produce a wide variety of products and small lots.It has an automatic tracking function for changes in the inner diameter of pipes, and if the outside size is the same, even if the plate thickness is different, production can be continued without removing the jig from inside the pipe.

mechanical
■Suitable for manufacturers who produce many products of the same size.Cutting pressure can be easily adjusted by using the gap where a hexagonal wrench can be inserted while it is installed inside the pipe.

solid type
■Suitable for manufacturers who produce a lot of small diameter pipesMost suitable for small diameter pipes (inner diameter φ7.6 to φ26).

■Minimum inner diameter compatible sizeThe part that cuts the bead inside the pipe is called a trimmer. The specifications of the trimmer vary depending on the size of the pipe.
