About This Product

Surface finish W-100 has the effect of suppressing the occurrence of laitance due to breathing and improving the surface finish. Breathing water is generated when mortar hardens and rises to the surface, but laitance also rises to the surface as a contaminant in this breathing water. As a result, the uniform hardening of the surface due to laitance deteriorates, and the concrete surface may peel off in pieces during the steam aging period. In such cases, if you use W-100 appropriately, the occurrence of laitance will be suppressed and surface peeling will not occur. It also has the effect of preventing cracking during long-term drying. W-100 has good biodegradability, so it does not cause water pollution in terms of environmental issues. It is completely safe for the human body, so you can use it with confidence.

■How to use

Although it varies depending on the state of laitance, the undiluted solution is sprayed and used. It is most effective if you spray it on the surface immediately after placing the mortar.

■Preparation of spray liquid

W-100 can be diluted with water to any concentration, so depending on the state of laitance, we will spray the diluted solution with water. Normally, the stock solution is diluted 15 to 40 times before use. Surface finish W-50 is available as a sister product type.
