About This Product

The common method for producing secondary concrete products is to spray a release agent onto the formwork, inject mortar, and after it hardens, remove the molded product inside. However, in many cases, large air bubbles caused by the oiliness of the sprayed release agent or non-uniformity during fresh concrete production can affect the surface quality of the product and reduce its quality. In such cases, adding antifoaming agent C-614 during slurry mixing will greatly improve the appearance quality of concrete products. Furthermore, it has surfactant ability, which improves the wettability of the aggregate surface. This increases the adhesion between cement particles and the aggregate surface, which also helps improve strength. Antifoaming agent C-614 has nonionic ingredients, so it does not react with other ingredients. Even if the ingredients migrate to the product surface after the product is peeled off, there is no effect at all, and it is safe for use on the human body. Even at low temperatures in winter, the viscosity increases and does not solidify.

■How to use

At the mixing stage of concrete products, if you add water dispersed with antifoaming agent C-614 and mix well, a foam breaking phenomenon will appear during the mixing stage, and the air bubbles in the concrete will be finely dispersed and defoamed, reducing the amount of foam in the entire molded product. It will decrease. In this case, the appropriate amount to add is 0.05 -0.2% to the mixed water.
