About This Product

Mortar Ace is a spacer made from specially formulated high-strength mortar. It has excellent adhesion to reinforced concrete structures. By blending fly ash, etc., it has pozzolanic activity, suppresses alkaline aggregate reaction, and achieves high strength. The reinforced type has reinforcing bars inserted into a conical mortar cap. Since the reinforcing bars are fixed by welding, the fixing position from the formwork can be adjusted as desired. Since the tip is conical, there is no exposure, making it suitable for use in places where normal spacers cannot be installed.

■Features

- Since the tip is a point contact, there is no exposure from the finished product. - Made of mortar, so it has good adhesion. (High strength 70N/mm2 or more) ・The expansion coefficient is the same as that of poured concrete. ・Since the length of the reinforcing bar part is adjusted and welded and fixed, the fogging can be adjusted as desired. - Excellent product stability. ・The size of the mortar part and the length of the reinforcing bars can be adjusted according to the order. ・Can be installed even on curved parts
