About This Product

Mortar Ace is a specially formulated high-strength spacer. The pin that attaches the mortar spacer is tulip-shaped. This is a mortar spacer that does not use fine aggregate made from general rock, but instead uses blast furnace slag as most of the mixed aggregate, making it safe for alkaline aggregate reactions. Furthermore, by improving the mortar slurry, high strength has been achieved. The metal fittings have been designed to reduce exposure and allow one-touch attachment to reinforcing bars.

■Features

- Since the reinforcing steel is supported by point contacts, there is no exposure from the finished product. - Made of mortar, so it has good adhesion. ・The expansion coefficient is the same as that of poured concrete. - Clip hook allows you to attach it to reinforcing bars with one touch. By increasing the number of hooks, it can be securely fixed to vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars. -The mounting pin is shaped like a tulip, so it can be removed and reattached if necessary. - Excellent product stability. ・Pin 2 is named YB and pin 3 is named YC. - Clip hooks will not rust.

■Note

・Fogging other than 5mm spacing is made to order. ・3 pins are named YC and 4 pins are named YD.
