About This Product

■A wide range of lineups, from small to large capacity, fume smoke extraction machine for 3D printers manufactured by BOFA

For local control of volatile organic compounds (VOC). 3D PrintPRO is a fume suction/dust collector developed for 3D printers. It can be useful for preserving the working environment of various 3D printing methods such as fused deposition modeling, powder sintering, and stereolithography.

■Need for smoke and dust collection

There are concerns that the leakage and dispersion of byproducts such as fumes and fine particles generated by 3D printing may cause potential health problems for workers, and appropriate measures must be taken in terms of safety and hygiene. The fumes (gases and vapors) and particles generated when materials such as filaments are melted contain hazardous chemicals and must be prevented from becoming airborne and must be removed to the highest standards. One of the solutions is smoke evacuators.

■Product description

BOFA offers a lineup of three models for 3D printers. Models are available for simple suction in open frame equipment (PrintPRO2), efficient fume suction in plenum system manifolds (PrintPRO3), and large capacity fume suction (PrintPRO4) to prevent fume and particulate dispersion.
