About This Product
■Suitable for flat workpieces up to 340mm wide and heated up to 400℃
A space-saving conveyor-type reflow oven/heating oven with three heating zones. It can be used for applications such as reflow soldering of mounted boards, drying of boards by heating at a constant temperature, and thermosetting of bonding agents.

・Supports heating up to 400℃
・Stable energy radiation and long life heater of about 8,000 hours
・Infrared wavelength suitable for heating black resin
・Supports workpiece transfer up to 340mm wide
・Conveyor speed can be freely set within the range of 5 to 698 mm/min
・Equipped with a side window for observing inside the furnace
・Equipped with a thermocouple connector for monitoring workpiece temperature as standard.
・Various condition settings can be easily set on the touch panel
■Heating characteristics with improved uniformity
This is the temperature profile when measuring the temperature at 11 points on a sample board with dimensions of 250mm x 300mm. The peak temperature at each measurement point was ⊿t10℃ or less.
