■Supports workpiece size up to 250x330mm and heating up to 400℃
The tabletop reflow oven SVO-1 Plus is a new addition to the lineup as a higher-end model of the SVO-1, aiming to further improve heating speed and temperature uniformity. Heaters are placed above and below the furnace, and the output of each heater can be set individually. By optimizing heating temperature settings and heater output suitable for the target workpiece, cycle time can be shortened and workpiece temperature uniformity can be improved. It can be used for a wide variety of purposes, such as reflow soldering, drying workpieces, and thermosetting bonding agents.

・Supports heating on both sides of the board
・Each heater output can be set individually
・Supports heating up to 400℃
・Infrared wavelength suitable for heating black resin
・Temperature profile settings for up to 8 zones
・Continuous operation for up to 10 hours
・Equipped with a side window for observing inside the furnace
・Equipped with a thermocouple connector for monitoring workpiece temperature as standard.
・Input/output ports for process gases such as nitrogen gas are standard equipment.
・Fixing method to the tray can be changed flexibly depending on the shape of the workpiece
・It is also possible to heat only the lower heater.
