About This Product

■Stable torsion correction is possible. Combined with our centering device, contributes to speeding up the line.

"DTS-100/200" is an automatic twist correction system that can perform stable twist correction by simultaneously detecting the twist direction and width of rope-shaped cloth. When the rope-like twisted web twists to the right, the twist detection roll moves to the left. At this time, the direction of movement is detected by internal sensors at both ends, and four pinch rolls arranged in a grid pattern inside the DTU-10 twist straightening machine rotate while pinching the web to straighten the twist. The combination of an automatic twist correction system and a widening/meandering correction system contributes to improved productivity on the scutcher line.
