About This Product

■Summary

The annealing furnace can perform the most efficient annealing process using our proprietary far-infrared heater, which has a proven track record in heating polymer materials, and a unique irradiation mechanism developed through many years of research and development. Our high-speed, highly reliable annealing furnace has been well received by many user companies.

■Anil and far infrared rays

Molded plastic products have the property that their own molecules absorb infrared rays. The absorption characteristics are concentrated in a part of the short wavelength near-infrared region (≒3.5-4μ) and mostly in the long-wavelength region of the far-infrared region (≈5.5-15μ). The far-infrared annealing method selectively irradiates the peak wavelength in this region to activate the molecular motion (vibration, amplitude) of the molded product itself.

■Short time annealing

The processing time is 1/20 to 1/40 compared to conventional annealing methods. In addition, automatic continuous production is possible when directly connected to a molding machine.

■Suitable for various materials and shapes

It is possible to anneal various materials ranging from thermoplastic (amorphous/crystalline) to thermosetting. Also compatible with products with complex shapes and different material configurations (inserts, outserts, etc.)

■Suitable for various annealing purposes

・Removal of molded products and residual distortion ・Dimensional stability after molding (promotion of shrinkage and stability) ・Improvement of physical properties (thermoplastic resin/thermosetting resin)

■High quality annealing

The conveyor conveyance system, highly accurate control of far-infrared radiation characteristic values, molded product temperature control mechanism, mode-specific air blowing mechanism, etc. enable stable, high-quality annealing.
