■Cooling
Cooling methods include natural cooling, gas cooling, and oil cooling. If you want to cool down in a short time, you can also set up a separate cooling room.
■Vacuum furnace exhaust system
Select the vacuum pump configuration according to the purpose and pressure range of the vacuum furnace. If cleanliness is required, select a dry pump, dry pump + turbomolecular pump, or cryopump.
■Driving operation
・You can choose between automatically performing a series of processes such as vacuum evacuation, temperature rise, cooling, and atmospheric pressure recovery after setting the processing material in the equipment (fully automatic operation), or manual operation in which each process is operated individually. .
・Heating temperature control can be selected by simply specifying the heating temperature, or by program control by setting the set temperature and heating time.
・PID control is used for temperature control.
・Safety circuit: Detects overheating of the heater, lack of cooling water, vacuum abnormality, etc., and stops the heater or completely stops it.
