■Summary

Two types: turbo molecular pump and oil diffusion pump. Furthermore, oil rotary and dry pumps are available as auxiliary pumps, making it a high-vacuum exhaust system that allows you to choose according to your needs.

■Features

・Supports various experiments, development, and production processes in high vacuum ・Air-cooled type eliminates the need for water piping, reducing the burden of maintenance ・100V power supply that can be used anywhere ・Uses aluminum for the main frame base to reduce weight ・Compact design for ease of use

■Turbo molecular pump exhaust system <TPS> type

- A fully dry exhaust system can be realized by combining the auxiliary pump with a diaphragm type dry vacuum pump or scroll type dry vacuum pump. ・The time required for starting and stopping is short. ・Uses a turbo molecular pump with a structure that is resistant to unexpected atmospheric introduction. * Deliberately repeatedly introducing atmospheric air may cause malfunction.

■Oil diffusion pump exhaust system <DPS> type

・High vacuum atmosphere can be obtained at lower cost. ・With the three-way valve switching function, it is also possible to operate the auxiliary pump independently. ・Easy maintenance and inspection
