■Summary
The Dustac Sampler is a standard automatic sampling device for measuring the concentration of soot and dust in exhaust gas in compliance with dust (JIS Z 8808) and dioxin (JIS K 0311).

The Dustac Sampler ESA-703 system is a standard automatic sample collection device that complies with the method for measuring dust concentration in exhaust gas (JIS Z 8808).
■No need for preliminary measurements before uniform suction, complicated calculations, speed adjustment during suction, etc.
Various settings required for suction can be easily entered on the touch panel, eliminating the need for preliminary measurements or complicated calculations before uniform suction. Additionally, since constant velocity suction is automatically controlled during sampling, operations such as suction speed adjustment are not required.
■Equipped with a variety of measurement modes
In addition to automatic constant velocity suction, there are other functions such as automatic constant suction mode, flow rate/flow rate measurement mode, nozzle diameter calculation mode, and moisture value calculation mode.
■Measurement data can be used as measurement certification data
Since uniform velocity suction accuracy can be read at any time, there is no risk of erroneous sampling as with manual types. In addition, since the calculation formula of JIS Z 8808 is programmed, the measurement data can be used as data for metrology certification.
■Easy to move, transport, and install, and highly versatile
Since it is unitized to reduce the number of equipment, it can be easily installed and dismantled. In addition, the suction part (pump) is a separate type, so you can use a small pump for carrying measurements to high places, a large pump for measurements at sites with heavy loads, or use an existing pump, depending on the site situation and application. The suction part can be replaced as required.
■Remote control (optional) possible
If the device control section is separated as an option, remote control is possible, eliminating the need to operate the device in dangerous high-altitude work areas such as chimneys.
■Built-in memory card
All measured and calculated values can be saved to a CF card (SD card). (Import is done every 6 seconds.) Work such as creating reports and drawing graphs can be done on a PC.
■Built-in printer
All measured and calculated values can be printed out using the built-in printer. Also, during traverse measurement, the value and average value of each measurement point can be printed.
