About This Product

Also, it has excellent reproducibility. ■Principle of flow velocity/flow rate measurement using pitot tube When a Pitot tube is placed in a flow of fluid, the flow is blocked in front of it and flows backwards, but there is a point at the tip where the flow velocity becomes zero. The pressure at that point is called total pressure (Pt) and is detected through the hole at the tip. The pitot tube also has a hole on the side, which detects the pressure of the fluid (static pressure Pt).
