-Since the sensor, solenoid valve, and valve are integrated, there is no need to prepare any external control equipment.
- Built-in adjustment valve allows fine adjustments to be made according to the size of the vacuum pump and container.
・A separate sensor type that can handle large-capacity containers and a corrosion-resistant type that can handle corrosive gases are also available.
