■Clean air supply/intake
Since it is a diaphragm type that is directly connected to the motor, there is no contamination of carbon or oil, and it has excellent airtightness, allowing clean compression, suction, and transfer. Ideal for incorporating into devices such as medical equipment and gas analyzers.
■Long life design
Reliability and durability have been further improved by adopting a diaphragm made of special fiber and rubber, measures against bearing creep, and increased strength of the connecting rod. ■High efficiency design
By using many molded parts, you can achieve more stable performance and higher efficiency. Additionally, the use of a power motor has greatly improved starting characteristics. (Compared to our company) In addition, we have newly standardized the DC brushless motor type. By using a built-in board, you can easily control the flow rate using a DC1 to 5V signal. (APN-085/110-D3 type)
■Wide variations
Single head and twin head types are available for each model. Four diaphragm materials have been standardized: EPDM, FKM, NBR, and PTFE. Furthermore, the connection port is available in hose type and screw type. When combined, there are over 60 models in total. You can select the most suitable model according to your application. Note: Variations in diaphragm material and connection port shape vary depending on the model.
■Easy maintenance
The pump part has a simple structure consisting of several parts. It is easy to disassemble and assemble, and maintenance and inspection can be easily performed in the event of an emergency.
