About This Product

Increases sieving efficiency, reduces clogging, and reduces the number of washings.

■Product overview

The low-priced TSK-PNS, which is equipped with the high functionality of a digitally controlled DGS transmitter, performs automatic tuning in the operating frequency band of ultrasonic frequencies of 30kHz to 38kHz, and is dependent on the shape and natural frequency of the metal to be connected. Continuous operation is possible with the basic setting of 500 Hz sweep width (50 Hz reciprocating speed). In addition to being able to attach and remove JIS Z 8801 test sieves by simply replacing the band, it has a wide range of compatibility, allowing it to be used with sieves with various frame shapes. It is possible to improve work efficiency at the sifting site by increasing sifting efficiency, reducing and preventing clogging, and reducing the number of washings. In addition, it is equipped with a waterproof converter (IP67/ATEX22 explosion proof compatible) and can be used for cleaning inside the isolator.
