About This Product

■SummaryThis is a tabletop tilting metal detector. Just turn it on and slide it on. It is possible to detect metals without being affected by aluminum packaging, salt content, or temperature.

■Features- Compact design that can be placed on a stand, suitable for small-lot production.
-Easy to operate and can be used by simply turning on the power switch.
・No warm-up operation is required, allowing stable foreign object inspection immediately after turning on the power.
・The tilt angle can be changed according to the product.
・Water, salt, oil, and high/low temperature (freezing/water droplets) do not affect the product. Reduces false positives and waste products.
・Aluminum vapor deposition and aluminum foil packaging can be inspected for foreign substances with high sensitivity settings.
・There is no need to register the product types to be inspected, and there is no need to change settings even when inspecting a wide variety of products. Prevents human error and reduces work hours.
・Long life because the sensor lasts a long time. To reduce running costs.

■Care instructions・You can use vegetables, fish, meat, etc. as raw materials.
- The rollers and resin plate on the conveying surface can be removed and washed with water without tools.

■Applications・For aluminum packaged products such as instant foods and powdered drinks.
・For high- or low-temperature products such as fried foods, ice cream, and frozen foods.
・For products with high salt concentration such as miso, soy sauce, and pickles. Can also be used for products with high sugar, vinegar, and oil content.

■Principle・Apply magnetic force to a foreign object and temporarily magnetize it (a foreign object magnetized by a magnet booster is detected by a sensor)
・Detecting weak magnetic force in a weak magnetic field ⇒ Weak magnetic fields are less likely to generate eddy currents in non-magnetic metals, so they are less affected by aluminum packaging.
・ Magnetism is amplified by a magnet booster ⇒ A foreign object (magnetic metal) whose magnetism has been amplified is passed through a weak current magnetic field to generate disturbance and detect minute stainless steel foreign objects
