About This Product

■Highly sensitive and quantitative rapid detection

・Non-culturing microorganism quantitative detection method that does not use ATP or fluorescent staining - Capable of quantitatively detecting low concentrations of microorganisms without being affected by ATP derived from product residue, autofluorescent substances, dead bacteria, etc. ・If the microorganism concentration is 10^2 cells/g, it can be detected in just about 20 minutes.

・AFI's proprietary technology "AMATAR®" is an unprecedented, innovative particle separation technology that combines electrical property analysis and microfluidic control with image analysis technology. ・It is possible to separate only trace amounts of microorganisms mixed in from a large amount of sample component particles, which are a noise element during microbial testing, without labeling.

■Make microorganisms easier to see and closer to you

- Equipped with a high-performance zoom lens manufactured by HIROX, it is possible to observe captured microorganisms with an image magnified more than 1,000 times with optical zoom. ・It is possible to observe not only whether the captured microorganisms are cocci or bacilli, but also the characteristics of bacteria and fungi. ・Can be magnified up to 4,000x with digital zoom

■Automatically counts detected microorganisms

・Isolated microorganisms are automatically counted by image analysis using the dedicated software “Eresta Counter” ・Automatically counted data and photos are recorded in the system along with all parameter information ・You can also output reports and re-analyze images.

■Ideal for research purposes (concentration/recovery)

- Microorganisms can be continuously captured in an electric filter in a non-invasive and non-labeled manner, and after being concentrated, they can be recovered using a dedicated Eresta buffer. ・For research on microorganisms that are normally difficult to culture, such as VNC and dead bacteria.

■Monitoring the total number of bacteria

・As an indicator for monitoring the risk of microbial contamination during the manufacturing process - For screening hygiene indicator bacteria tests and environmental microbial tests ・For in-process quality confirmation of useful microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria

■Capture and recovery of dead bacteria
