About This Product

Ideal for prototyping and manufacturing emulsified products such as creams, milky lotions, shampoos, conditioners, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

■Features

・Scraping shaft ・Agitating shaft ・Scraper ・Disc type propeller ・Operation panel ・The stirring shaft is equipped with two stages of disc type propellers and can be continuously variable at a maximum speed of 3,000 rpm. ・The scraping shaft equipped with a Teflon scraper can be continuously variable at a maximum of 60 rpm. ・Products in the stirring tank are ideally emulsified due to the high shearing force produced by the main shaft stirrer and the turbulent flow produced by the scraper. ・By applying negative pressure inside the stirring tank, defoaming and oxidation are prevented, resulting in a smooth and glossy emulsified product. ・The temperature inside the stirring tank can be constantly monitored using the standard temperature sensor. -The control unit and operation panel are integrated into the main unit, resulting in a compact design that does not take up much space.
