■Full-time auto tuning control
Full auto-tuning control made possible by the combination of an advanced constant amplitude circuit and a newly developed auto-tuning automatic tracking circuit contributes to a wide range of cutting-edge distributed technologies. The combination of the advanced constant amplitude circuit, which is an improvement on the conventional constant amplitude circuit and is even stronger against load fluctuations, and the newly developed auto-tuning automatic tracking circuit that enables excellent stability and high accuracy, is capable of handling changes in sample temperature and viscosity. We have improved the ability to follow load fluctuations such as oscillation, pressure and flow rate changes such as liquid pump pulsation, and achieved more ideal oscillation control. In addition, the vibration amplitude value (μm) and output (W), which affect the dispersion results, are displayed on the front panel.
■Equipped with timer function
Equipped with a digital control timer with UP/DOWN switching. When the timer operation ends, you will be notified by an alarm in addition to the screen announcement.
■Equipped with temperature limiter function
Equipped with a new temperature limiter function. Displays the current temperature/set temperature. It is controlled by a microcomputer based on information from thermocouple sensors installed on beakers and piping. This function allows you to set an upper limit temperature, and you can choose whether to completely stop when the set temperature is reached, or to automatically restart when the temperature drops to a desired temperature after stopping. Timer interlocking is also possible. This feature allows processing of samples with limited upper temperature limits.
■Uses large screen backlight LCD panel
A large backlit LCD panel is used for the timer and temperature limiter functions to improve operability and confirmation.
■The vibration amplitude value and output (W) that affect the dispersion results are displayed on the panel.
Displays amplitude and output in real time instead of a conventional conversion table.
■14-point load level display
It is now possible to grasp load fluctuations in real time, and traditional tuning adjustments are no longer necessary.
■Options
Totalizer, shot oscillation, BNC connector, thermocouple sensor, terminal block output, etc. are possible. We can manufacture ceramic chips, double-length chips, cooling transfer rods, circulation holders, etc.
