About This Product

■Features
・Liquid level detection is possible at low cost, and maintenance and inspection are easy.
・Detection position and ON/OFF signal can be changed on site.
・Multi-point detection is possible with one unit (up to 7 points). Detection of 10 points or more is also possible with a self-holding reed switch.
・Uses a highly durable and safe reed switch.
・Not flammable as it is filled with inert gas.
・Simultaneous measurement of liquid level and temperature is possible.
・Almost unaffected by pressure, temperature, bubbles, specific gravity, gas, etc. (Can also be used for pressure tanks and vacuum tanks)
・Materials and structures can be selected according to the properties of the measuring liquid and usage conditions.
・Corrosion-resistant specifications available.
・Mini float for small tanks available.
・Can be installed horizontally.

*1 We also accept documents required for KHK examination (strength calculation sheet, test report, mill sheet). Repairs can be made easily and in the shortest possible time using a repair kit and a level meter with a built-in spare switch (optional). Spare parts with different lengths and contact positions can be shared.
■Self-holding type
The self-holding type allows multi-point detection with just one stopper and float. Since the contact position can be changed, added, or replaced without opening the tank, there is no need to worry about foreign matter getting into the tank or gas leaking from the tank.
■Repair kit *Optional
By using a repair kit, you can restore a failed level switch on-site as quickly as possible. The repair kit can also be used for off-the-shelf products made by other companies.
