About This Product

Eliminate trouble when transporting precision parts Safely store and transport semiconductor chips, precision devices, etc.

■Prevent damage to precision parts

The soft gel sheet gently protects precision parts and semiconductor parts. It is fixed with appropriate adhesive strength, so there is no need to worry about damage even if it is subjected to impact during transportation.

■Silicone/adhesive free

This is a completely non-silicone product. No need to worry about siloxane transfer. Additionally, the tray on which the parts are mounted does not use adhesive, so there is no need to worry about glue transferring to the parts.

■Preventing static electricity generation

It has a surface resistance value of about 10^-8~10^-13Ω. Prevents electrostatic damage to semiconductors and electronic components.

■Types of gel base

・Flat type (F) Flat shape, mirror style, strong sticking power, 2 types of adhesive strength ・Cloudy type (C) Matte like frosted glass, weak adhesion, 3 types of adhesive strength ・Mesh type (E) There are fine irregularities in the grid pattern. The sticking force is slightly strong. There are 2 types of adhesive strength.

Gel Base is a case for protecting, storing, and transporting sensitive chips and devices. The adhesive strength of urethane gel holds various parts together.
